Column Forms

Superchute® forms are easy to transport and use.

Sample Applications:


Four unique concrete form designs. All are re-usable, durable and storable.

1) Tapered Forms - with a clasp   (Click for more info)

Use this form to create a tapered column. The form is conical. Built to your dimensional requirements.

 


2) Tapered Forms - without a clasp

This quick release "sandcastle" form does not have a clasp. Simply slip it off the footing, pile cap, or similar, once the concrete has cured. The form is conical. Built to your dimensional requirements.

Max height: 59". Any diameter.

 


3) Straight Sided Forms    (Click for more info)

Available in any size!
  • Use it over and over again (non-stick polyethylene plastic).
  • Combine forms to achieve greater diameters.
  • Unaffected by cold, heat, water, chemicals.

Store and ship forms as flat sheets

 


4) Staggered Forms

A staggered design allows for greater form heights and does not require any extra hardware.

Panel heights must be in 6" increments.

Pour rate must be adjusted accordingly.

2) Clasp Rivet Choice

 
Button Head Rivet (original design) Countersunk Flat Head rivet
The 1/2" dia. button head creates 2 vertical bands of very shallow dimpled imprints on the concrete surface.  

Order this rivet style when you must have a smooth concrete surface finish.

Since the rivets are countersunk, 1/16" of the plastic wall is lost, which slightly reduces the clasp strength.
